Our apartments, to experience the farm while feeling at home
Agriturismo De Santis has a few comfortable and quiet apartments (two-room apartments for 2 people), furnished in Tuscan style and overlooking the Mediterranean scrub. They are all located within the main building, equipped with a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, television and heating. Two of these apartments have a bathroom approved for disabled people.
We pamper your stay by including for free:
- Access to the outdoor relaxation area, in the shade of the gazebo;
- Wi – Fi in each apartment
- Access to the swimming pool of the farmhouse;
- Uncovered parking for cars.
And by reservation, we offer you some more whims:
- Dinner with Tuscan products from a fixed menu;
- Tasting of our products;
Visit to the mills in the area (only possible during the pressing period, from mid-October to mid-November).
Prices of the apartments
Low season excluding holidays minimum 3 nights from € 90.00 to € 150.00 per day per apartment (2 people).
High season (July-August) weekly from Saturday to Saturday from € 840.00 to € 1.400.00 per apartment (2 people).
- Apartment price including linen and final cleaning.
- Additional sofa bed for children under 12 € 40.00 per day
- Additional change of linen and towels € 40.00 (2 people)
- Only towels € 10.00 per person
- Extra cleaning of the apartment € 45.00
- NB: the rate does not include the city tax.
Additional services:
Half board with typical Tuscan cuisine based on our products: 35.00 euros per person (set menu, dinner only).

Terms and conditions
For stays less or equal to 3 nights: deposit amounting to the cost of the first night.
More than 3 nights’s stays: down payment of 30% of the total amount by bank transfer to:
